Shake Your Tush is a family owned business, inspired by 4 carrier bags of vintage patterns given to me by a former dressmaker to the British royal family and my love of colour, fabric and fashion. I am a collector (okay, a hoarder!) of vintage patterns and fabrics – I have some patterns that are nearly 100 years old!

Using a vintage pattern or a piece of fabric as a starting point I design and make individual pieces of timeless fashion to fit and flatter every shape and size. I work with my customer asking many different questions to ensure the design, fabric, fit and individuality is unique to each person.

My work includes bespoke items and pieces that can be bought ‘off the peg’. These ready to buy items are sometimes repeatable, depending on the fabric I’ve used.

My range covers bags, purses and accessories to casual wear and evening wear, for men, women and children, as well as some items for the home. No job is too small or too big. Please get in touch via my contact page with any enquiries and I will get back to you.
